The impression of Piolo is that it was crafted from simple, wooden dowels or pegs. Its essential geometric design brings to mind classic wood chairs created by master artisans. In Italian, Piolo means peg. Simple cylindrical forms produce the legs of this product and define the ends of the seat and back. A perforated pattern composed of large circles recalls the rounded forms of the chair’s legs. Two versions are available, with or without arms. Piolo is a one-piece design, and both versions are stackable.
